355 soft top spring cable thingy

I'm not exactly sure what I need since I can't find a picture of it. From what I've read I think there is a cable with a spring at each end, that goes into the soft top around the side windows; fastens behind the window and at the front of the soft top header rail. Have I got that right? Anyways, I don't have those. I have a new (material) top that a PO started to install, so I'm going to take it in to get the install finished, but I think I am missing something here to help tension the top.

If you know what I am talking about, and would happen to have them please let me know. I can't find them for sale, so I assume they normally come with the frame? A picture would also be great.

A little more hunting around and I found this. If you look at the pictures in this thread you will see this cable with springs. Look at the 7th, 8th, & 9th pictures, and then the last one on the page:
