Quick update: Problem has been identified. Adjuster on one of the front damper shaft was stuck. Doesn’t turn, while the other 3 turn freely and effortlessly. All 4 dampers were freshly rebuilt and Elliot did mention this issue can occur after a rebuild. Is it fixable in my case? I’m not certain, but I need to return the damper to RE Suspension so they can have a look and attempt to repair (no added charge.) Just to note, I sent in 5 dampers for repair and only 1 came out problematic. Bit of an inconvenience unfortunately, but it is what it is. They are aware of the issue now and will check the adjusters before they ship out moving forward. Those getting dampers rebuilt should check them before installing them as well. I didn’t have a suspension light before sending out for rebuild, so I simply assumed the adjusters were all working. Doesn’t take much to check before installing now that the issue is known. I went ahead and swapped out speed sensors anyways just to be sure and prevent further delays. Excited to get the car back on the road in full working order.
