Yes, a better description of the problem would help too. But please search the archives, there are many helpful threads. I would start with checking the fluid level and topping it up first. If still a problem, then bleeding and purging air may be necessary.
OK, but I've *never* had a problem lowering my 348 top! Haven't had a problem moving my 348 seats, either. Never a power steering problem. Give me a crank handle for the windows, too (please!). The more manual parts on your car, the fewer Italian things will go wrong (door locks, anyone?!). ...but if it's any consolation, you 355 guys have one thing manual that most 348 guys envy: seat belts.
