    Please help!!

I am an English garage owner/mechanic. My business partner has a 355 that I help maintain & use myself from time to time. The car is having starting problems. I originally suspected that the fuel had gone off as the car has not been used for months. Managed to get it started so replaced fuel with fresh & replaced fuel filter. Did approx 150 miles & all seemed fine. Until this evening the car will not start & seems to lost its fuel pressure. I suspect a fuel regulator fault or pump fault but not sure.

There are known instances where ethanol in the gasoline corrodes the rubber boots inside the fuel pump and cloggs them all up.

I would start by putting an external fuel pressure gauge on the rail. What does it show key on?
