355 Targa Top Touch Up

My GTS came with a painted roof/targa top and I just acquired a fiberglass(?) black targa top that I can now store behind the seats without worrying about the paint. That said, does anyone know if it's possible or how easy it is to refinish or touch up gouges/imperfections in these roofs?
