I had a question about tire wear on the 355. Is it normal for the tires to wear out on the insides so quick (4k miles).

I talked to FOD and they said you can adjust them to be more level and fixes the problem which they are seeing more and more. I guess its a little bit of work to adjust the settings, but my question is do others see this bad wear and if so I might change to a cheaper tire?? Will this effect my handling (I just drive around town no track events since there are no more tracks in Denver...arggg)

Below are the worst two tires rear first, then front...then my christmas present I bought for myself....can park two 911s under each other with 9 foot ceilings.....great for working on low clearance autos!!

It does seem to have a lot of wear for only 4k miles. Might be time to get a good 4 wheel alignment.

I have a 1995 F355 Spider and had the dealer set it to 355 Challenge specs.I do track my car at least 2 times a year at Infineon Raceway and challenge specs helps with flatter cornering and less oversteer, also gets rid of the inside tread wear on street tires.Ferrari of San Francisco is the local dealer in my area.

355's use a lot of negative camber especially at the rear to achieve the type of handling they wanted. On a car driven very aggressively it can produce more even tire wear but on a car that only sees gentle street driving or the stoplight Grand Prix you are looking pretty normal.

Most dealers and independants will dial in less negative camber to improve tire wear. I know mine does.
