    OK, I now have a complete tool kit with the inflater. I realize this is stupid, but what is the packing order? Does the inflater go in first or last and what is the order of how the trays go in?

    There are a couple of variations over the years for the tool kits, some cases have the inflator left out separate. Let's assume you have the larger case to store the inflator, I have always seen them at the bottom, drive belts first with a foam liner on top and the two trays of tool sandwiched in between. I'd have the tow hook tray under the belts as its the only thing your likely to use from the kit in the unfortunate event it needs a tow.
