A fair price for yours in this condition would be $800-$1000.

+1...I bought mine for $600 and it's not quite as good as yours and I thought I got a pretty good deal.

I missed out on a new set on eBay, went for £512! And that's the best deal so far I reckon.

Are you sure it's for a 355? Looks like the case from my old '94 348. Could also be specific to an earlier 355 I suppose. Someone in the know hopefully will chime in. Fwiw, expiration date on your tire inflation canister is Dec 1996, which hints towards 348 or early 355.

I've a '97 355 and the toolkit leather case is about half the height of yours because the inflation canister is separate (encased in gray styrofoam, the covered in a plastic zipped case, which then slips into a cloth bag with a drawstring). Looks just like 348 inflation canister, other than the cloth bag.

Yes this is for 355 i believe that is the wrong canister. I have about 15 of those canisters I may have put the wrong one back in the tool box. This is the full toolbox kit and everything fits inside of it with the canister. I have seen half and mini of this set also that came in 355 and 348. I believe the 348 big tool box similar to this has straps on the top instead of the buttons which i also have.

But quite different than the tool kit in my 97. So somewhere between then and my car, Ferrari switched. It's unfortunate as I like the 348/early 355 tool kit better than the one in my car.

Also, I go back to the tire inflation canister expiring in Dec 1996. '95 355s would've started coming out in the fall of '94. Would Ferrari include a tire inflation canister that only had a 2 yr life before expiration? Knowing Ferrari, perhaps, but it doesn't seem like much time before one would need to change out the canister.

Regardless, the tool kit is in great shape.

EDIT: Never mind. Just saw the OP's post where he commented that the canister might not be original. Back to our regularly scheduled programming already in progress
