    It sounds and looks like a nice driver. Since you did a PPI, i am assuming that you did a compression and leak down test. If it passed these tests, i would not pass on the car merely because the dealer didnt know the last time it was serviced. I do not think it is reasonable to expect to buy one of these cars for 60k and "everything is done". Go in with your eyes open, and def budget another 5k in addition to the major, but if you buy the car for 60k - 65k and have to put 12k in, i think you are in the ball park for a nice manual spider. Hagerty values the car a lot higher then 70k and the sales of 355s at auction last month were strong.
