355 value

I ran across a 355 spyder today (red/tan) with +/- 10,000 miles. Here is the question. It has been sitting outdoors (at a non-Ferrari dealership) under a tarp for about two years while stuck in probate. I have been told it needs a new clutch, the a/c does not work and one of the front headlights does not work. Some other observations; it has some body dings and to top it off it has some visable interior mildew. Additionally, it probably would need a major service as well as some yet to be discovered issues. Any idea as to a fair value considering the known and unknown issues or would you just run away!
