Had a tour yesterday of the Consumer Reports auto test facility with SAE, good chance for a 100 mile round trip in the 355! Arrived same time as an '84 Mondial as well - my first time actually meeting a Ferrari owner by chance (Thanks Bill, I may take you up on helping with my major this winter!). At the end we *almost* talked them into letting me take the 355 onto their track, which is a smaller version of Lime Rock. But liability concerns scratched that. Last years tour was a bit more fun, got a ride around the course in a Viper. Awesome bunch of 'car guys' working there giving 100% objective ratings. And no, they're not taking applications (I asked). Damn what a job!

You know, I love the tow hook but am thinking about only using it for Ferrari events. Everywhere I go 10 people ask me 'What's that?'

Tell them it is for pull starting when the starter won't work. The only other car that has it is the F-25. Looks good on a yellow car!
