About 2 years ago I sold my '96 355 6 speed Spider because I was moving out of the US. So, I'm familiar with most of the 355's technical issues.

Now, I'm considering a 360 Spider but have not 1 clue about 360 technical issues.

Anyone feel like summing it all up for me?

    Regards,

    Pete

From what I've read the 360 is much more reliable than the 355, they have much lesser issues than the 355 according to the November issue of Forza magazine Market report section, pages 56 & 57 Under the 360 Modena report it says "Very few service problems have been reported for the 360's"

A search will turn up specifics, but make sure the variator campaign was done if it's an early car. Other than that I don't think there is much to worry about - minor things like fuel gages, door pulls, etc.

360 is the 328 of the 21st century.

That is a very interesting analogy, really drives the point home, good one :)
