I was troubleshooting my window problem today.

355 LH window doesn't go down. RH works fine both LH and RH switches work.
I swapped all the switches around the LH window doesn't work.
I checked the fuse it's good.
So I pulled of the lower door panel hook 12 volts to the motor and she works just fine.

So I believe my Ecu is bad. But where are they located for both sides?

I did a search but couldn't come up with anything specific to the window ecu's location

    Thanks
    Jp

    Found it elsewhere!

"It's mounted in the dashboard near the middle roughly in line with the stereo mounted vertically. On a RHD car it's mounted just to the drivers side.

If the relays in it still click, put your hand under the dash and operate the window switch, you can feel the box clicking"

You have got to be kidding me......

Having an issue with RH window. Using driver or passenger side switch, relay can be heard clicking. I decided to look for the window ECU in my car that has the dash out. Could not find it until I saw this tip from John.

Unreal. This thing is buried. with the dash in, not sure this is accessible. Barely accessible with dash out. Crap, hope the motor is bad at this point.

I had the same issue. Turned out to be the electrical connector at the ECU for the L/H window.

It is a ***** to get at. Buried under the dash next to the OBD port.

First attempt: unplug and re plug connector. No dice. Swapped ECU with other 95, no change. The only good thing about removing this is the single 10mm hex bolt at the bottom.

    Door panel coming off next.....

Door panel removed. Window motor connector just take off and reseated. Window now working.
