Anybody have an original window sticker they can scan & post? a 1995 Spyder would be ideal. Thanks in advance, Clyde M.
I think I might have one for my 95 Spider. I'll check when I get home tonight. I remember some document of mine listing the magnesium wheels and the gas guzzler tax, so it was probably the window sticker.
I might have one as well. I have to check I think it may be that or a bill of sale. If I do I can give it to you at the Ferrari Fall Festival. I'll check later on tonight.
I have mine but it's a 99 Berlinetta.. no scans of yet but I can do that tomorrow if you really need one.
I would also love to get my hands on a 97 6 speed spider if anyone has one or knows were to pick one up????
Jeesh, what did I start? Thanks to those than can help out & post one. PDF would probably be best, IMHO.
I go home for lunch every day so when I'm there I'll grab my sticker to scan at work.. in the meantime here are a few others, starting with a 355GTS in case anyone's interested. Here's the sticker for my own car, a 99 355F1 Berlinetta. Oddly enough from the same dealership as the 355GTS and 512TR above. What's strange is that it refers to the steering wheel as "coloured" when it's actually just black but covered in alcantara instead of the normal leather. Image Unavailable, Please Login
great thread!! I do not mean to hijack it; but is there anything you could mod in order to get better gas mileage?? when I buy my fcar, my fuel consumption will be the last thing I would ever care about but its crazy to see how little mph these babies get... yes I know..it is a race car!!
In my experience (especially with my Viper) the fuel economy can be much better than advertised. It's directly proportional to your driving habits.
same here...The epa ratings on the sticker Robin posted for my car is lower than what I actually see. I'd average with a blended city/hwy I'm more like 18 mpg.
Sorry, I haven't been to my apartment in the last couple days. Will post my 95 Spyder as soon as I get a chance.
WOW!!!!....check out the vast difference in "estimated annual fuel costs"....from a low of $750.00 to $$$$$$$$.......Mark
That's not why you bought the car and all the things that make gas mileage better make driving less fun. But, I bought this for my son who is learning to drive: OBD II car ScanGuage II
