I have not seen it. This car has been for sale for at least two years. The guy writes a really bad ad, which may be the problem. I sold my 348 here in 6 days.

I saw a thread on this car about a month ago asking the same thing. I recall that there were several negative comments, but many of them seemed to be concerned with the length of time the car was for sale.

In any event, let me know if you want me to take a look. I'll be in FL the remainder of this week, but maybe next week ... I don't think it's going anywhere!

If you check out the regional section for that area you will find info on it. I believe I read it has a title issue, salvage or totaled in some way. I forget exactly but if I was closer I would have looked at it.

Yup, its been on and off CL for over 2 years now. And I seem to also recall reading or hearing that there was a title issue. And yes, the guy definitely cant write a compelling or appealing CL ad, but that seems to be the obvious trend for MOST CL users... scammers, liars, fuktards and drooling dipchits.

I spoke to the seller, over the phone about two years ago. I wasn't made aware of any issues with the title at the time, but it's in need of a major and has some issues with the interior (usual dash stuff, plus leather pulling in one of the door panels)

I spoke with the owner two years ago. He had mentioned that the car needs a major, local mechanic he know of will charge $4500. The issue I found with the car is that it had valve issues, and he never replaced all the valves, but only the few that were damages. Did not make sense to me. As valves were an issue in that year, i would feel comfortable if they were all done properly. Other than then that, the owner seemed to be honest, and knowledgable about ferrari's.

Not posting with the intent of piling on, but if the seller wrote a more compelling ad addressing the issues with the car he might find a buyer pretty quick. Being in the NW I have seen this car for sale for about 3 years now and I just don't get how someone doesn't change a half assed approach to selling a Ferrari after trying for 3 years. Boggles the mind.

It goes like this...."Honey, if you'll let me buy the Porsche, I promise I'll sell the Ferrari"
3 years later..."Honey, I've had an ad out for it at less than market price for 3 years, and all I get is tire-kickers and jerkoffs. I swear I'll sell it. By the way, honey, did you see the Jag for sale in the paper? You'd look great in that."
