360 2001 alarm issues need help

Does anyone know where to fine a book or guide to the alarm? Mine is now not working with the fobs so I can not get the car to start. When I bought the car the red led was on and I now see thats from the battery in the siren. but now all 3 lights (2 red and 1 green) come on when I put the key it. Any ideas or any pointers to find a source for a book would be great.
