Needing to schedule my car for its 30k service and interested either to hear people's experiences of Ferrari Silicon Valley service or recommendations for non-dealership service facilities. Thanks.

Jeremy - where are you located (presumably on the peninsula as you've mentioned FoSV)? How far are you willing to drive for top-notch work?

I would recommend either taking it to Ferrari of San Francisco or perhaps the dealership in Los Gatos. Both have nice shops and good people. For a 30K service, I would probably opt for Ferrari of SF myself.

Mr. Willis speaks the truth and I concur 100%.

This is not going to end up being another Brian Crall testimonial thread is it?

Oh God....here we go again. Take your 360 to Brian Crall, Jeremy. You will be more than happy with his service. Honest, sincere, a great reputation and my wife thinks he's kinda cute.

Here we go again. Brian Crall. He did the major on my TR a few months ago and everything was outstanding. That is a good nickname: St. Brian.
