For all us aussie Ferrari owners what's the market been like for the 430 in last 2 years. Is it declining slowly, steady or going up. I've had my 360 for a year and a half and the market I've noticed has gone up. Added about 20 grand to the value of mine. I'm thinking of trading for a 430 is why I'm asking. Wanting to get an idea if I'm to wait a bit longer or get in now. I love my gated 360 but starting to not enjoy the convertible part of it. Looks stunning with top down and the sound but unfortunately I'm starting to loose a bit on the top too. Haha. Need a roof over my head. It'll be impossible for me to find a gated 430 here so am I mad looking at a 430 f1 over the gated 360. I am lucky to have an awesome hill climb road in my area to make the most of the f1. Long sweeping bends with sharp braking zones. So fun with gate but is this what the f1 is designed for so I should enjoy just as much if not more. Sorry for the long winded post. The 360 market is an interesting one. I've been following it very closely for the last few months and kept an eye on it for 4 years or so. I haven't seen a huge variance, the days of advertised <$100k 360's do seem to be over however. Noticed recently that quite a few F1 cars have been sold (or withdrawn) which were advertised closer to $150k than $120k. There are some manual cars that have been up for a long time! The F430's seem to be a bit more expensive than last time I looked at those closely. Very little under $200k and most starting around $250k. It will be interesting to see what the effect of the 488 has on the 360's and 430's. As an aside - just had a notification that the manual TdF Blue Modena had a $10k price drop...
I've been watching the F430 market too as I might be keen to upgrade Q1 2017 and I have noticed the ones that move are the ones that are <$199k. A few expensive ones disapear and re-appear a few months later.
The last 6 months or so I've noticed the same with the 430 priced around mid 250k not moving. Same as the higher priced 360. But I'll go check the aussie section. Thanks. Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
What are the spec of your 360's Adam and Ben? I'll hopefully be seriously in the market around the same time.
I know of only 1 430 coupe stick shift in Perth. It belongs to a friend with 5000 khs on clock and not for sale. As they say rare as rokin horse sh#t. Cheers
I know of 4 manual 430's in NZ. 2 coupes and 2 spiders. All have changed hands in the last 2 years incl one to me.
