Shipped 3 of my top cylinders out for rebuilding on Monday, they were back Friday!

BTW: 4 hours labor to remove and reinstall all 3.

    Great people to work with.

Do you mind sharing the price? Do they offer any other products or services for our cars? Doing my top next month and might look at this as a preventative measure.

This. Top issues are sooo related to worn cylinders. Kudos for pointing out a solution that's affordable!

Personally, I think issues with the secondary cylinders are primary caused by weak or dead elastic bands. The bands do some of the initial lifting when the secondary cylinders are engaged, reducing the load on the cylinders. When the elastic bands get weak, the load goes beyond the design limit and that causes them to malfunction. So just replacing the cylinders may not solve the problem. Check the elastics to be sure they are still in good shape and change them if required. It's an easy DIY job that requires very little in tools, skill and time. Low risk too.

I used "Top Hydraulics" to rebuild my secondary cylinders. They were fast, efficient and knowledgeable. The owner of Top Hydraulics owns a 360 Spider...

Should be noted that I (OP) did replace my elastics earlier in the year.
