Does anybody have a diagram to shows the connection from each hydraulic cylinder to the position on the hydraulic pump. Not the one shown in parts diagram and not the workbook. Followed them exactly and I dont believe they are accurate. It seems that the mains get lockup with the parts picture diagram.

    For my top
1 Center Cylinder for the locks
2 Mid Cylinder for the top rail
    2 Main Cylinders
    2 Rear Cover Cylinders

7 total cylinders = 14 lines = 14 positions at the pump block
Thanks in advance for helping out

    Regards

Aren't the pipes and locations numbered?

I see what you mean about the parts manual. The wiring diagrams give a listing of the solenoids and, I assume, the valves behind the solenoids feed the pistons that they control, but they seem to go to the wrong pistons in some cases. I have seen a coloured diagram showing the routing (but the parts diagram or WSM was probably used). I tried doing my own and I coloured every second pipe so I could follow the lines in the parts manual, but it showed what you found.

The hydraulic schematic is confusing... and it doesn't help that they use different names for various pistons.

Check forum.convertibletopguys.com they often have custom diagrams or real-world routing pics for hydraulic systems. If yours is a common model like Mustang, BMW, etc. search there with your car details. If still stuck, post your make/model/year someone likely has hands-on experience with the correct routing. Factory manuals sometimes mislabel, so real-user fixes help.
