I recently rebuilt the brake calipers on my 360 and bled the brakes two times (with the ignition off) but the pedal still goes to the floor, I have the x431 launch tool but it only has options to activate the abs on 355 and 430 models.

Does anybody know if there is another tool that works or method to get the air trapped in the ABS system out? I read in another thread to bleed with the ignition on and have somebody pump the breaks while bleeding?

What are you using to bleed the brakes? A pressure bleeder or something else?

Yes, a pressure bleeder that applies pressure from the master cylinder.

I read one of your other posts and saw you’re using a Motiv. That should be bleeding the brake lines without needing to do anything else. Someone else will need to chime in, I’m stumped.

If your pedal is going to the floor I doubt its from air in the ABS.

When you removed the calipers did you cap off the lines or let all the fluid run out?
Its much harder to bleed a system that the fluid all ran out of than one that just has some air in the calipers.

    Did you bleed the master?

I have always had good luck with a vacuum bleeder that attaches to the caliper. You can observe the hose on the bleed screw until there are no bubbles present. This method allows for a one-person procedure. Start with the rear calipers, then do the front ones.

    1) Use a pressure bleeder
    2) bleed the master cylinder if it has a bleed nipple, or bleed it the old fashion way.
    3) bleed the wheel calipers from both ports (inside and outside)
