That appears to use the same motor. So does an audi A6 by the looks of things and may be a little cheaper.

What's the part number on the Ferrari unit? The pic posted earlier appears to match two different Audi parts if it ends in 281 but those last few digits are a bit blurry on my screen.

Not sure one would focus on the Bosch ref number. No chance you can find the same ref on another car.
The hydraulic block (pump + valves) is most probably interchangeable with one from other cars of the same era but the ECU, which contains data and the ABS/ASR settings specific to the 360, is not.

That is what I was asking for, though from what little research I've done the pump appears to be as unique as the ECU.

I'll be buying a pump with the same part number. My mistake was thinking that the last couple numbers were a Julian date or some quality control number on the A4 unit I bought.

Motor symbol & plug added to my wiring diagram, but I don't have any wire colours or pin numbers

    Are both wires black?

They might be like appliances, every store has a unique model number to prevent cross shopping. Two pumps could be identical with different part numbers to prevent people from mixing brands.

You also have to be carful with the pin assignments. They might vary among the different car companies. Same reason as above...

Does anyone have any idea what kind of current the motor draws when active?

Got another motor with the same part number as the Ferrari one. When plugged into the power supply, it required less current to operate. That verifies that the old motor I rebuilt was already on it's way out, before the magnet brackets failed. Image Unavailable, Please Login

Got angry at the difficulty in reattaching the back lines. Having a few spotted cows and a montecristo instead.

After a few bouts of driving 30 and slamming on the brakes in my gravel driveway to my neighbor's confusion, everything appears to be working well. Just gotta finish bleeding the brakes.
