I'm guessing that no one was hurt, but 1 totalled 360

Just picked this up - crazy stuff. Why are we saying that nobody was hurt? Just from the pictures alone, I would have said the driver was a goner.

    Glad the crew is safe.

I sort of think the same thing. That's a nasty, nasty accident and he must have been flying when he crashed.

Anything in the paper on this?

I still would be surprised if he was hurt. just my feeling. Look at the frame showing through the burnt off bumper. Straight, as are the wheels. I think it had a low impact that resulted in a large fire, but with time for driver to escape. Hope I am right.

Hope you are right too, Sam, but the photos are inconclusive. Right side of the frame is straight, but that could largely be because it was the last area to burn. Left side (straight left, or front left) could well have received a large impact resulting in an explosive fire - photos make it hard to tell what the state of the frame is (or even what is left of it since the car seems almost to be leaning to the left suggesting a lack of structural support). Almost seems like the car was cut with a Jaws-Of-Life-type device for purposes of pulling somebody out, which is why the car is missing the top-left.

Hope we can get the facts on this one. The speculation is killing me - no pun intended.
