    I bought a new remote as a back up it has the same part# as mine and the same FCC ID code. The new one will not work checked the battery and the light comes on. Dose anyone have any ideas?

    Unfortunately, new remotes can only programmed in as a set (1 red + 2 black) when you buy them from F dealer.

    The one you bought can only be cloned as a spare fob using your existing+working one by one or two of the F chat members
    (Search for "360+fob" will show a lot of inf on this topic)
