Lost sound to my speakers. Radio functions normally. I can't find any info on the amp location or fuse anywhere. Anyone know?

If the radio functions normally, then I'm assuming the (2) radio-specific fuses are ok (found in the owner's handbook). For future reference, the fuse numbers vary, so that's why you need the manual specific to your car.

If you have a factory amp upgrade, the amp is located under the airconditioning control panel in a leather covered cradle. If you have an aftermarket system, no idea.

Yeah radio is normal and both fuses are good. I have factory amp, non hi-fi so I dont know where it is.

Not sure what you are saying. If you have factory amp, then I assume it is hi-fi.

The non-amp installations just use the amp inside the radio. If you have a factory amp, then I just told you where it is.

Oh I misunderstood you. I thought the non hi-fi radio still had a separate amp. I have an aftermarket radio which i thought went bad, but I replaced it with the same model and still no sound so it must be something else. I can hear clicking when I push the buttons but no music. Wierd

Maybe you can find a manual for your specific setup and see if it has any internal or external fuses?
