    Good evening all,
Please can you let me know how often (time and mileage wise) that 360 belts have to be changed and what is involved in an annual service ?
Also my airbag light has come on , this happened to a friends 355 aswell and turned out to be the airbag ecu costing about £550 ! is this a common problem on all ferrari's ? cheers

I think it's the same as a 355 - 3yrs or 36k, whichever comes sooner. I think the intervals are longer in the US, but there you go.

Not sure what an annual comprises - it should say in the service book what's done. Oil change, brake check, check other fluids etc. Doubt it's a shed load more.

I haven't heard of airbag ECU issues personally. And not something that people usually flag as a specific when looking for these cars. Have a search of the tech forums perhaps to see if there's a common thread.

No offence m8, but it's all in the service book that should've come with the car, if it didn't.........scream, long and loud!!!!;)

As for what's involved....that's a mystery to all, except for a certain Brummie f-chatter, but watch him, he dabbles in the black arts!:D

I have left all of my service books at my folks house (200 miles away) The reason I wanted to know is that it's booked in next week and being a fairly new owner wanted to know where my hard earned money was going !!!!!!!!!

oppologies- I thought this forum was for helping each other out.

Chill out fella, it is :) And Clive's a helpful chap - just unusual for people to be so far from their books.

Quick trawls of the forum usually drag up this sort of info from the archives, but I'm sure I'm not that far out to be honest.

    ooohhhh.....calm down dude!!

I think Murph is right, all be it sooooo much cheaper on a 360! Quick fix for the faulty airbag? Take the fecking bulb out. Never much fancied white powder all over me face anyway.

Well, not that sort anyhoo ;)

Thanks for the info lads, my comment was only ment to be taken as a bit of a joke !!! should have put one of those smily faces up :)

It is just a bit of a pain having owned the car for less than a week with the thought of having to shell out a possible few grand on an annual service and a new ecu, but having looked through the archives I have found out it may just be a fuse or having the light reset as I had a new battery fitted on friday.

    Thanks anyway.

    Welcome indeed.

Take your car to an indie and it's unlikely it'll cost you anything like that - unless they find other stuff that you ought to have done :)

    Smilies are a wondrous thing.

    Cool.

360 looks better with Challenge Grille I think.

Consider the front grilles too (more mesh than garden fence).

Blimey mate, how on earth do you get out of the car after parking it? :)

Good call on the grille too, really makes the 360 imo.

I must say i prefer without the challenge grille but on the other hand it does a great job letting out the engine heat which is why i did fit one to mine in the end

READ nothing dude, that is what I was told had to happen! I'm one of the many soft cnuts who have had pay an arm and a leg for this poxy job to be done! 20,000 and needs new belts....can't see it myself but hey....

If the engine does'nt have to come out on a 355 (which I have always wondered) why is is so much more expensive than the same job on a 360 mate???

Wanted me mate to do it but he's a carpenter and did'nt fancy it. Chicken.
