I have read on this site that 360Trev recommends the cam timing be set at 660 degrees for the exhaust and 656 degrees for the intakes. Going to do a belt service soon and would like to know what are the benefits of changing the timing from the stock specs. I have Fabspeed headers, cat delete pipes and a GMG X-pipe exhaust with Gruppe air intakes. Also would like to know the stock settings. Thanks

I don't know what thread that you saw that 360Trev recommended those specifications, but something was lost in the mix. On a 360 Modena, only the exhaust cam has a position sensor that informs the ECU of its current cam timing, since only the exhaust cam has a variator. The intake cam timing is fixed and its position cannot be checked electronically.
You can look at the position of the exhaust cam at idle using a Leonardo, or any other Ferrari specific diagnostic tool. When the cam belts are new, both banks should have exhaust cam timing between 656-657 degrees. As the cam belts stretch, the cam timing retards slightly and the reading will be higher (660-662). When I am replacing the cam belts, I will look at the exhaust cam position before replacement, and if the exhaust cams are at 660-662, then with new belts they will usually be right on at 656-657.
The position of the intake cams must be checked with a dial indicator and degree wheel to confirm that they are on the money. I generally don't like to perform a simple belt swap on a 360, unless I have done a prior accurate check of intake cam position at a previous service.
