I got a quote for the service parts I think I need to change the belts on my 04 360 spider, based on a parts list I viewed on the Ricambi website.

My quote is from a UK Ferrari dealer. He has included a price for 2 off exhaust phase variators (190042), saying Ferrari recommend replacing when changing tensioner bearings.
These parts were not mentioned on the Ricambi list. Car has done 13k miles. I think this is a bit of overkill. Does anyone know any better?

    Thanks.
Can I update my first post, it was not an official F supplier that advised on this.

I think that the factory recommends replacing a number of ancillary items when changing the timing belt. Some service centers may not subscribe to these recommendations. However, if one of these items malfunctions, the costs to repair and replace are probably high enough to warrant replacement at the original belt service.
