Anyone know where I can find definitive values?

Had a belt change and now car is running crappy. I suspect the tech did more swap with less lock of the cams...

I believe he is inquiring about the electronic values you can see in the scan tool. Keep in mind on the 360 you can only electronically monitor the exhaust cams so you can only really get half the picture. There is a window and many will have there own preferred number to see. We shoot for 654 and want both banks within 1 degree of each other. If it is running bad enough all you can do is eliminate all other causes and then pull it apart and degree the cams. depending on the error many times you can see a small bank to bank compression difference or airflow differences in the air meter from bank to bank. Remember that at idle that air meters are feeding the opposite banks. Its why we never do camshafts without degreeing the cams, the seals and gaskets need replacing anyway.
