Hi does anyone know the Silver paint code used on the 360 Challenge wheels? The 18" BBS ones, not the 19" Challenge Stradale ones. Cheers Andy
Mine are painted 101/C as that is the standard silver Ferrari use. I think they leave the BBS factory in a slightly brighter/more chrome colour if you look at pictures of original ones. That will be a BBS colour.
All, Just to clarify. The Challenge 19" 430 and 360 Stradale are 101/C PPG Code 36520. The Challenge BBS 18" 360 Wheels are a brighter silver than the above, that is 100% for sure. See if you can do a search here for the exact color.
Mathew, I tried to do that search and could not come up with anything different than what people have posted. However, I now realize that my wheels have probably been repainted at some point as a) the BBS stickers are missing and b) they seem more like the CS wheel collie rather than the original, more lighter silver color you are describing. Andy, If that is your wheel posted above, yes it has been repainted most likely. Some/most people prefer the OEM color rather then the bright silver the BBS 18" comes with. I have sold three sets and all buyers wanted OEM Silver PPG Code 36520. Cheers, Mat
