    In a typical 360 clutch service , does the flywheel usually get replaced ? some of the dealer quotes it is mandatory ,some not. can the flywheel be machined, if so ,do you know the min specs?

    If you refer your dealer to the shop manual it is quite clear and gives the maximum amount that can be removed.

    If the dealer in question either cannot read or does not posess such book another dealer should be found.

    All dealers are not created equal.
