In a 3-pedal car, is the throw bearing movement hydraulic circuit part of the brake fluid circuit?

How about in a F1 car, part of brake fluid circuit as well? (note I am not talking about the gear-changing movement hydraulics, which is a totally separate system)

Three pedal cars I guess you could say are part of the brake fluid circuit.

F1 cars are controled buy the tuc using hydraulic pressure. They are not part of the brake fluid circuit, and don't use brake fluid at all.
