fyi, the basic formulation of Simple Green can be corrosive to aluminum. Simple Green Extreme was created to correct that issue.

Rear brake line bracket what a pain in the butt to remove !! The hex head screw that holds the ABS wire connection in place kept turning would not come lose.. And the brake line connection would not budge at all . I just had to stop and take off from it for a couple days . Best thing to do wend you get frustrated if you don not you tear up stuff . After time off and tried again it finely broke lose damn it !! For me to stop and take a brake is very hard to do I hate it.

Just weight CS titanium spring and the standard 360 steel spring 4.80 verses 2.70 deference 2.10 x 4 = 8.40 pounds all four spring, Have not weight the rear springs yet . I believe the rear springs are going to weight more so maybe even more weight saved switching to titanium

All I had to do was pull apart clean and repaint and a new boot cover from Superformance 49.00 dollars looks like new again. Better than spending 684.00 for new one !

I first used Rustoleum rust remover to remove any rust and clean 3M scotch bright pad. Used etching epoxy primer and then used Eastwood three step golden cadmium paint.

That is the whole RH rear suspension parts and fastens , I am thinking about buying a parts tumbler to clean all the fasteners and small parts. The Ti spring just in from Italy Thursday should be here Monday hopefully start putting all back together soon .

OMG !! I have been studying how to set the ride height adjustments to CS specs this is going to be a nightmare a pain in the but and a slow process . You can not adjust the shocks springs with a spanner wrench, with the on wheels or rotors or calipers on . I am just guessing here you half to pulling off the rotors and wheels every time just check your height adjustment ? I know I can just leave the calipers off I putting new brake lines on anyway . The CS manual say to put sandbags 75 kg in drivers seat and passengers seat, In pounds 165.00 each, 15 kg is 33 pounds on LH rear RH mudguards .50 Liter of fuel 13 Gallons Damn it man !! ANY BETTER WAY ??
