    Whilst in low revs the car beeps once, the same sound as when disengaging the immobiliser.

    Happened twice last night, on the freeway (low revs, 6th gear), once around town (low revs 2nd gear)

    Any ideas?

    Is the noise from the dash or the exterior siren that is used when the immobilizer is activated?

    Have you read the owners manual?

    I suspect you are hearing the transmission warning.

    the owners manual mentions something to do with 'rpm adjustment', will have another read.
