My personal impressions (pluses/minuses) of each:

    360 CS
Pluses: Sound, looks, seat comfort, analogue, rawness.
    Minuses: Brakes, gearbox, ride quality.

    430 Scud
Pluses: Steering, sound, ride quality, gocart-like.
    Minuses: Brakes, gearbox, reliability (breakdowns).

    458 Speciale
Pluses: Looks, gearbox, brakes, ride quality, steering, handling, responsiveness, reliability.
    Minuses: Seat comfort.

For me the decision is easy: Speciale. Absolutely gorgeous. Loves to rev. Instantaneous response to every input that makes it feel like the car is hard-wired to your brain. Rock solid brakes. Planted, balanced, rotates around the driver in predictable manner that makes it feel like a natural extension of you. The harder you push it, the more it rewards. Nice linear power delivery. Gets up on its toes through curves. Makes me look/feel like a better drive than I really am. And on top of all that, bulletproof-reliable.

Only problem for me is Speciale seats lack sufficient padding, and lumbar hits my low-back uncomfortably in exactly the wrong spot/way. Easily resolved by swapping different seats into it.

Thanks for this. I love the seats in my Speciale. I look for the carbon racing seats in any other Ferrari model I consider buying.
