How do you clean the engine on a 360, especially the red crackle finish?
I like to use microfiber cloths, moistened with the least harsh solvent that'll do the job. I usually just use water but sometimes have to escalate to the nuclear option -- WD40.
Dear Ferraristi, I have a 91 TR with red crackle on the intake and cam covers. I use simple green with a tooth brush to scrub it. Just rince and dry with white terry cloth. Use white terry so you can make sure you have removed all the dirt. Shamile Freeze...Miami Vice !
