What mileage do you have on the car? How do you know that your motor mounts are shot?

Use the upgraded Ferrari mounts. Yours will already have them in the car. Takes a couple of hours at home. With a lift maybe an hour.. maybe. You'll notice such a nice difference in the vibration or lack thereof! BTW you do know there are only two mounts right? The other two are transmission mounts..

I just had mine replaced with new updated ones. The rubber on mine was deteriorating pretty bad. It's strange they didn't use the metal plates on both ends from the factory. Once they were changed, I could immediately feel the difference. Felt much more solid.

They switched the design to add some extra rubber on the top "plate" of the engine mount to help with vibration isolation. It used to be a round top plate sandwiched between a chunk of rubber with the mounting bolt. Now, with the added rubber as it gets compressed it should help with vibration. Just make sure the lower round spacer is in it. I think you'll be fine with a 2002. It was only early cars that had the old mounts IIRC.

Curt- In general, Ferrari motor mounts suck and have a limited life. Even the upgraded ones will need to be replaced at regular intervals. They will just last longer than the really crummy originals. We have the same issue with the V12s, where even the updated 575M mounts wear out pretty quickly.

I attribute it to thermal breakdown and hardening from proximity to the headers... even though there is some "shielding" IIRC. Interestingly my mechanic says he's never replaced any!
