360 Engine rebuilding in Florida?

Hello

Can anyone recommend 360 engine rebuilding place in Florida? Preferably Tampa Bay area. The engine is low mileage, running, but the compression is lower due to driving with original Ferrari headers/cats, now digested. So I would not expect much more than head work and cylinder honing with new piston rings. Of course we will know more after a full testing/disassembly. Initially I was planning to do it myself/with a friend's help, but after looking at the valves/variator adjustments I would rather just take the engine to some professional who has done it before. Recommendation for other locations are appreciated too, but I would prefer to deliver the engine locally in the back of my SUV instead of packing and shipping.

(BTW, an option of installing a used engine has been reviewed and rejected).
