Unfortunately Ricambi is out of them with no eta. Does anyone know the size? I know that the external threads are M8X1.25 and I'm pretty sure they are 60 mm in length are they M8X1.25 internally?
    Thanks.

Yes, 8x1.25 on both ends. McMaster Carr is a likely source. They have a 60mm that is stainless, it is fully threaded but that should be no problem.

If I'm not mistaken, Ricambi no longer carries hardware since it's so easy to find everywhere. Can't make no $$

I talked to Daniel about them and the problem is he cant get restocked on anything because of Italy being shut down.

I don't like stainless for exhaust. It is likely to seize the nut and not come apart easily next time.

I work on a lot of cars and as a hard and fast rule, I do not knowingly install stainless steel fasteners on any cars I work on. If I remove a stainless steel fastener, I replace it with a steel one.
