    Need some advice,

Car won’t shift anymore with engine running but when just on contact , it take’s all the gears.
Now i did a bleed of bolth clutch and actuator bug no change. I do get the fault : Clutch engaged beyond slipping start position .

Now i taught to be sure that’s its the clutch to far gone , but now i see underneath that the clutch is still 7.6 mm

Is this over minimum thickness off the clutch ?

Before never had problems exept for reverse that i time to time had to select first gear first and then go to reverse. And once this summer on a hot day on pulling away in first the clutch slipped once. After this one time never had it again.

I would say since I don't see any "d" grooves you are pretty much worn ..but I will let others chime in

    Thanks

You symptoms present themselves as a totally worn clutch as well ..as well as the Texa saying you have over 70 percent wear iirc

Clutch thickness loaded is about 8.3mm
    Wear limit is .8mm
Based on YOUR measurement... your basically there..

The disk, as mentioned on email is double sided - 8.3 on each side with a wear limit of .8mm on each side ( pressure applied)- you measured about 3mm on one side that gives you 8.3 - 3 / 8.3 about 65% worn on the side you measured .- your texa probably is even more accurate at 76% since it was hard to measure thickness especially most wear occurs inside circumference .. it also stated you used about 5mm of disk on each side so again all numbers make sense

At 70 plus wear these cars do start to slip , jump out of gear and eventually go nowhere . the .8 wear limit is never obtained ..also at anything above 65% you start to risk damaging the flywheel

I think you will be best served on changing the clutch and TO bearing. Check the sensor in bell housing as well. I am not sure what your flywheel looks like but it may have to be replaced or resurfaced

    I hope this helps

So based on our conversations, the TEXA print outs, and the steps / diag you already did
    Here are my thoughts
1 - bad clutch position sensor
    2- bad clutch actuator
    3 - bad clutch
4 - bad clutch solenoid - but if you did a successful bleed from clutch with texa - then it should be ok

Please change that pilot bearing on the crankshaft while your there. Often overlooked and not replaced..
    That disc is not OEM.
    Good job!
