    At traffic lights, gear shifts into N ... as it's meant to after ~ 30 - 40 seconds. Three times now I try to paddle to 1st, and nothing happens...stays in neutral. Turn engine off/on...problem vanishes. Any ideas? Car has only 3500 miles on it.

    keep your foot on the brake (you may need to press a little) this will keep from shifting. If it does shift, put your foot on the brake and shift.

    Mine was doing the same thing when I first got it. After I did the above, never has happen again.

    Also you may find yourself stuck somewhere and the car will not shift from 1 to N to start. Alot a peope say that it will do it for you to start the car, but one time mine did not. Press the brake hard and use the paddles to shift to N
