360 F1 shifting to neutral during shifts.

2001 8k spider that shows 60% clutch life left from a resent ferrari dealer inspection and there r no lights associated with this issue, the car has an issue shifting into neutral during shifts mostly during 2nd, 3rd, and 5th gears up or down, and Ive allready swapped the shift position sensors and no differance. Also replaced the F1 pump due to the history, any advice?

By a huge and increasing margin, the most common explanation for this is a worn clutch in need of replacement. The percentage wear figure from the SDX computer is a vague approximation (at best) and it might not be wise to rely on it for any important decision. You might have an experienced tech check for other posibilities but I'd suspect the clutch before anything else.

Have to agree - I had the same issues and was told clutch ware 65% - this turned out to be way of the mark, the guy who replaced the clutch said he had seen some worse but not many...

 

Mine did the same thing, needed a clutch. Mine had 14K on it at the time.
