The car runs fine for a while, and all of a sudden, the low pressure transmission light begins to flash. Sometimes it goes away, but on 2 ocassions, the car let me down unable to shift gears. After cooling off for about an hour, I start it again, and this time I am able to switch gears. Other times, the system takes an average of 10 to 15 seconds to "load up" hydraulic pressure after starting up the engine. 4 months ago, the F1 transmission motor quit, and was rebuilt to original specs.
Any ideas what the problem could be?

The car does not have a pressure light. No such thing.

It does have a failure light and that will come on whenever there is a system failure of any kind. I wouldn't guess why it is coming on. I prefer actual diagnosis.
