    excuse my ignorance, never been in a 360 f1, where the gear stick usually is, what is the little stick thingy for? and the two thing that look like air vents?

    The little t-bar is for selecting reverse.

    The two "vent" things are buttons. One is to select the auto mode and the other is for low-grip mode.
