I’ve gotten all the parts to do the conversion on the F1 but I’m wondering if that clutch master cylinder is off of some other car does anyone know if there is an alfa or Fiat part that is the same as the 360 clutch master cylinder????

It was not a carryover from the 355 I know that

Not in stock anywhere as best as I can see. Your best bet is the $300 Ferrari branded one on eBay

The best bet is 0.625" Wilwood master cylinder, that's what I'm using. Available everywhere - $60-$80 depending on where you buy it from. You just need to either increase the firewall hole a bit or shave a bit from the cylinder as it is a couple of mm or so too large to go through the firewall hole.

Or more accurately, "If you have access to a lathe, the best bet is 0.625" Wilwood master cylinder" :) as some machining of it is needed. Otherwise indeed a new Ferrari part would be the easiest way to go. I would not buy used, as they are probably ready for a rebuild by now.
