360 360 headers issue same as 430?

I fully know the 430 headers bible inside out but did the 360 have same issue? As far as I understand the 360 has no headers issue like 430 or still smart to replace? Or maybe just do it for the fun of putting an aftermarket exhaust on it? And if so, which one? I like loud but hate "too" loud.
