The have been a few treads and posts on opening up the headlights for the 360 but none has mentioned how they are put back together. Did I miss anything on the forum on putting back or adhering the clear cover to the headlights? If not, any advice or suggestions?

When I did mine, I used 3M Marine adhesive. A very small bead in the housing track. Reattach the lense and let sit overnight. Worked great for me.
Make sure the lense is clean and dust free as well as the fixture itself. A tack rag works great for dust particles.

Thanks for the hint. What is a tack rag by the way?

Tack rag or Tack cloth is a tacky rag. They are used when refinishing furniture or at an auto body shop to remove dust and fine particles. The tacky cloth picks up all kings of contaminants.

You do not want a very thick and sticky tack rag for the headlight, if it's to heavy it can leave streaks on the painted surface or the lense itself.

Also you need to be very careful around the high beam fixture it is chromed plastic and can be easily wiped off with little pressure. Especialy with a damp cloth. I recommend staying away from wiping this down. Give it a light puff of air to blow off dust.

Good luck let us know how it worked out.

    Chris
