Seems like I cannot get much..if any..heat coming out of my vents. Recirc button pressed, off button not pressed...heat on high..fan on high. still get cold air coming from the center vents so I have to close them...feels a little warm down low...have it set at foot/face setting on router knob. any thoughts or things to check? Need to look at the wsm for diagnosing I guess..thanks!

First and most probable thing to check is that your coolant level is to spec.
Then make sure that you can hear the servo motor buzzing when you move the temperature control knob from cool to warm. Check that there is no air in the coolant system either (I don't know how you can check that other than just bleeding it for good measure. The only way it should have air in it is if the level dropped very low, then fluid was added, but an air pocket remained.)

Those are the two or three most basic troubleshooting steps. If it's neither of those, then I would say that it probably needs some real diagnosing.

I'd second the check on the diverter flap that controls hot/cold air mix. I can hear a faint noise when switching from hot to cold in the 360. I suppose that even if you hear the motor, the flap might still not be moving all the way open/closed. This can happen in any car, not just a Ferrari. I had to get an actuator fixed in my F-150 recently for the same issue.

    Was your coolant flushed recently?

Coolant does look low....has been the same since I bought the car...shows about 1/2 inch above the bottom of the overflow tank, which I now understand is low.... I'll get some BMW blue coolant and top it up. I will also do the listening for the actuator valve at temp change. Will keep you posted. thanks!

Did this get fixed? I'm having a similar issue.
    Thanks!

A failed re-circulation pump would also be a possibility if you're drawing a blank with the various suggestions above.

Once the ignition is turned on you should be able to hear a gentle hum from it if you crawl in under the car and put your ear close to the floor.

So, I get heat from the foot vents and windshield vent. Blast of cold air from the dash vents. I've been told there's valves in the boot behind the panel cover closest to the dash. The report is, these valves are somewhat problematic. Thoughts anyone?
    Thanks!

I had the same trouble when I got my 360 Spider one year ago.
    I've done 2 kind of things :
    - Electrical contact cleaner on connector of the different component of the heat control module
    - Multiple switch between maximum left and maximum right of the button of control panel.
and now it's working well for one year :)

Was that from the dash controls, or from the boot area? If from the boot, was it difficult to uncover the relays, etc?
