360 Injector Clean Service?

2003 360 w 8,000 miles. Is an injector cleaning service (at F dealer) a good preventative maintenance item (car runs great)? The kind where they disconnect the fuel rails, connect to the cleaner system, run the engine, then reconnect. Also seems better done just "before" an oil change in case any of the gunk gets into the oil and filter. I always use Chevron gas, but haven't used their cleaner in the tank.
