It’s finally starting to come together. Full and complete Stradale suspension, CS suspension controller, CS carbon ceramic brakes and booster, ADV.1 5.2 SL 20 inch wheels, CS body kit, sport carbon seats, CS engine mounts, Stradale/430 MAFs, carbon intake boxes, Challenge intake tube, Challenge headers, full decat, Capristo 3, Mase tune, smog pump delete, charcoal filter delete, 5lb lithium battery, titanium wheel lugs, CS engine and transmission mounts, charcoal filter delete, air injection delete, forged control arms. Have the CF doors but skipping for now so the interior is fully stock except for the carbon seats. This is with a full tank minus one seat and the under tray off. Haven’t weighed the under tray but I’d guess is at under 10lbs and the seat is 28lbs so it still comes in under 3000 fully fueled. It was almost dead on at the wiki cited 3291lbs when I started.

Cost was $71k to get to this point, and that was with major discounts over new on the ccm discs, calipers, and Challenge headers. Worth it? Depends on your outlook really I guess. Idk if I would go a lot farther than this but obviously many on here have.

I paid 110k for it as a manual w 14k miles, so I now have a 181k Modena. Sounds pretty stupid to say but it’s the most analog thing I own and is a nice switch up from the Tesla daily for sure.

Image Unavailable, Please Login Thanks, man! Yeah, it’s pretty solid for a 360. Most seem to be pretty disappointing on the dyno(even Stradales oddly)but the MAF swap, full decat, and Mase tune got some decent numbers out of it.

Great job on the build! I love seeing these types of posts, not being afraid to mod and make it your own. More pics needed!

Any reason you went with 20s instead of 19s?

Ty! I did the 20s because I wanted to mount lower profile tires for the look mostly. They’re the super light version of that wheel so they’re not too heavy by 20 inch standards.

    Nice looking 360.

    Q. Out of curiosity are you feeling any issues with ABS kicking in with your 20's?

In my analysis of Bosch ABS 5.3 and ASR (Anti-lock Braking System and Anti-Slip Regulation) behavior on Ferrari 360 models when using aftermarket rims which are of larger diameter (19" and 20") it revealed a potential discrepancy in rolling radius calculations which are actually (counter to intuition) hardcoded into the engine ecu firmware. This difference can lead to overly aggressive system intervention, particularly in "Normal" driving mode, where the ABS might activate prematurely during spirited driving due to misinterpretations of wheel speed based on the original 18" wheel diameter settings.

This was annoying me enough so I've finally got around to adding a "correction factor" fix for the Wheel Acceleration speed calculations based on the rolling radius of the rims fitted, so this no longer happens. The only negative about this is you will need to change it back if you ever change down (downsize) or upsize the rims, but that's a small price to pay to make everything work properly with different sized rims..

I’m still trying to get the ride height/alignment dialed in so while I’ve braked very hard I haven’t hit the ABS threshold yet. I tried to keep the rolling circumference of the wheel tire combo as similar to stock as possible. Having said that the rear is larger than stock. I haven’t noticed any odd behavior yet but I’ll be sure to test the ABS function as soon as I’m able to see if it causes any issues.
